        founded in 2003 that develops the Gizmo Project ?œsoftphone,??
         ( http://gizmoproject.com) as well as the back-end network and
         directory services for efficiently carrying VoIP calls. Gizmo
         Project enables high-quality free calling worldwide using any
         Internet-connected computer. PC-to-PC calls are always free,
         while calls to landlines and mobile phones are among the
         lowest in the industry. Gizmo Project includes free conference
         calling, free voice-mail, Instant Messaging (IM) and a host of
         other convenient features. Gizmo Project currently has over 2
         Million registered users, and is growing fast!
        
         Position Overview
        
         SIPphone is currently in need of a Director of Business
         Development to take our company to the next level. The
         Director of Business Development will: direct, establish and
         maintain the overall processes and goals for all company
         business development efforts; identify and establish
         prospective channel partners and negotiate agreements; provide
         ongoing account management of current channel partners and
         identify relationships that complement the company?™s product
         offering; coordinate and negotiate with the product
         development and marketing groups; and manage all business
         development staff.
        
         Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
         ??Generate revenue to goal by identifying, establishing and
         managing channel partners
         ??Identify and establish future partnership opportunities,
         business relationships and strategic alliances
         ??Prepare and deliver effective business development programs
         and presentations
         ??Providing ongoing account management of channel partners and
         identifying relationships that complement the company's
         product offerings.
         ??Work directly with VP of Marketing to develop product
         marketing plans
         ??Over see the selection, recruiting and training of
         distributors to set up effective distribution channels
         ??Hire, train and manage all business development staff
        
         Employment Standards
        
         Education:
         BA degree w/ concentration in Mktg, Business, Comm. or IS
         req.
        
         Required Experience:
         6 to 10 yrs of exp in consumer software, building and managing
         indirect distribution channels. Candidates must be able to
         document having successfully built indirect channels that
         generated revenue. Strong leadership and consensus building
         skills; marketing mgmt and strategic planning exp; a proven
         track record in developing and administering a biz dev
         program. Strong background w/ preparing and providing
         presentations to key execs and biz dev team.
        
         Desired Experience:
         Experience w/ business development in internet-based consumer
         software and services preferred. Direct VoIP business
         development experience a huge plus.
        
         Required Skills:
         Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work
         well and communicate with staff at all levels in the
         organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
         Must possess top level business mgmt, interpersonal, and
         facilitation skills. Must possess a unique blend of business
         and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to
         make that vision a reality. Must enjoy spending time in the
         market to understand their problems, and find innovative
         solutions for the broader market.
        
         Compensation
        
         SIPphone, Inc. does not post salary ranges in order to keep
         this information confidential. Our objective is to pay
         competitively and to meet or exceed the salary requirements
         for the right candidate.
